Hutchies is seeking motivated individuals to come and join our Toowoomba team as Construction Cadets.

Our three year Cadetship program offers hands‑on experience across a diverse range of projects, allowing you to apply your studies in real world settings while developing valuable skills and competencies.

Graduates from the program will be offered permanent roles, with clear pathways for internal progression.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Reliable transport
- Sound achievement in Year 12 English & Mathematics
- Trade experience, highly regarded
- Tertiary qualification (completed, enrolled or willing to study), highly regarded
- A willingness to learn & start from the ground up in a fast‑moving organisation and team
