Norwest Recruitment is assisting a global organisation based in Warwick Farm to fill a Warranty Claims Officer role. You will manage a high volume of warranty and service enquiries and support customers through the claims process.
You will work rotating shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, handling calls, emails and web inquiries, processing claims, updating records and resolving issues with a customer-focused approach.
