About the Role
This full-time permanent position is based across Pine Rivers and Morayfield and forms part of the North Coast Service Delivery Team. As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership, operational management, and growth of a diverse portfolio of disability services supporting QCSS (Queensland Community Support Scheme) customers, In-Home Support customers, and Supported Independent Living (SIL) customers. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred supports that enable individuals to achieve their goals, maintain independence, and actively participate in their communities.
Working closely with participants, families, support staff, and key stakeholders, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver services that are safe, responsive, and aligned with organisational values, NDIS Practice Standards, and relevant legislative requirements. You will oversee workforce planning, service quality, budgeting, and operational performance while fostering a positive and engaged team culture.
This role requires a proactive and collaborative leader who can build strong relationships, identify opportunities for service growth and improvement, and ensure customers consistently receive exceptional support tailored to their individual needs. Your leadership will play a critical role in driving positive participant outcomes, maintaining compliance, and enhancing the overall customer experience across all service streams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure services align with Multicap’s goals and customer needs
- Provide strong leadership and support to your team
- Lead and develop staff to deliver personalised, high-quality services
- Help recruit staff based on service requirements
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders
- Oversee customer referrals, assessments, and service entry
- Create individual service plans, budgets, and quotes
- Manage feedback and resolve complaints effectively
- Support financial targets by helping plan budgets and taking action when needed

Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Qualifications in human services or a related field, or equivalent proven experience.
- Thorough understanding of the NDIS framework
- Strong skills in managing staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews
- Experience creating Person-Centred Plans using a positive behaviour approach
- Knowledge of relevant laws, safety procedures, and workplace policies
- Confident in managing budgets and providing advocacy when needed
