The Role

We are hiring Surface and Underground Driller Offsiders based in Perth. Offering entry-level and experienced positions.

Expect long days, heavy manual labour, dust, noise and challenging conditions. While the role is physically demanding, it offers the opportunity to build a rewarding career in the drilling industry.

We offer full time positions with on-the-job training, annual performance reviews and internal career progression with competitive rates across the board.

What You’ll Get

- 2 weeks on 1 week off roster
- FIFO from Perth or DIDO in Kalgoorlie
- Surface and Underground positions

What you’ll be doing?

- Assisting Drillers with the safe operation of diamond drill rigs
- Completing manual handling tasks in challenging outdoor or underground environments
- Conducting pre-start inspections and maintaining equipment
- Supporting core retrieval,



processing, and site housekeeping
- Following safety procedures and contributing to a positive team culture

What We Need From You

- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- Pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening
- Police clearance within 6 months
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Manual Driver’s Licence essential (underground) / willing to obtain or have a current HR Licence (surface)
- Physical fitness and willingness to learn

Great if you have

- Experience with drill rigs, mining and FIFO work
- Trades, labouring, construction, farming or other hands-on work experience
- HR Licence
