Beyond Limits Disability Services pty ltd About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resource Adviser to join our growing team in Sydney.

The successful candidate will provide professional HR advice and support across a range of human resources functions, ensuring compliance with Australian employment legislation while contributing to the development and implementation of effective HR strategies and practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide advice to management and employees on human resources policies, procedures and employment legislation.
- Develop, review and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate recruitment and selection activities, including preparing job advertisements, screening candidates and arranging interviews.
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Assist with performance management, employee relations and disciplinary matters.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with legislative requirements.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives.




- Assist with workforce planning and organisational development.
- Ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act, WHS requirements and other relevant employment legislation.
- Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations to management.

Skills and Experience Required

- Qualification in Human Resources, Management or a related field.
- At least 1 year full time of work experience in a Human Resources Adviser or similar HR role.
- Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
