About The Opportunity
As a HSEQ Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing advice, coaching, guidance, and support to ensure compliance with HSEQ management standards and the optimisation of operations. This role is based on a Pilbara mine site and will provide day shift only HSEQ support, working closely with supervisors, operators, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-the-ground HSEQ support across civil and mining operations
- Facilitate risk assessments (Take Control, JHAs, TBRA) and drive safe work practices
- Conduct workplace inspections, hazard reporting, and assist with incident investigations
- Support the rollout of company safety initiatives and compliance frameworks
- Mentor and coach operators and supervisors on HSEQ compliance and continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate safety documentation in line with company requirements
About You
- Previous site experience as a HSEQ Advisor in civil construction or mining operations
- Solid knowledge of WA Mines Safety legislation and industry standards
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage with both crews and clients
- Competent in incident investigation and risk management frameworks
- Cert IV WHS or equivalent qualifications
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) - highly recommended
- ICAM training (desirable)
