WorkPac is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our client's busy team. This is an excellent ongoing opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily business operations.

About Our Client

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing both phone and face-to-face service while managing a range of administrative duties. You will work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure the smooth coordination of orders and dispatch.

What You Will Be Doing

- Provide exceptional phone and face-to-face customer service
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate sales and dispatch activities
- Manage emails and general correspondence




- Prepare invoices and schedule customer bookings
- Perform general administrative duties and data entry
- Maintain accurate records and documentation

What You Will Need

- Experience with invoicing and dispatch is essential
- Solid organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail
