At thl, we're passionate about helping people create unforgettable travel experiences. We're looking for an experienced Aftersales and Service Operations Manager/Fixed Operations Manager to lead our RV Service Centre in Northgate, Brisbane. This is much more than a workshop management role.

The RV Service Centre supports our customers, our Crew, our Retail division and rental brands including Maui, Britz, Apollo, Mighty and Cheapa Campa, along with leading RV brands including Winnebago and Windsor.

This role oversees workshop operations, warranty repairs, customer support, call centre operations, recall campaigns, rental vehicle refurbishment, parts procurement, inventory management and vehicle preparation. Working closely with our Retail and Rentals teams, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer and vehicle outcomes.

This role will suit candidates who have previously worked as a Fixed Operations Manager, Aftersales Manager, Service Manager, Workshop Manager, Fleet Operations Manager or similar leadership role within automotive, RV, transport, marine, heavy vehicle or equipment service environments.

About the Role

We are seeking a robust operational leader with experience in service operations, aftersales, workshop management, customer support, warranty administration and team leadership.

You will lead a diverse operation and be responsible for:

Leading workshop, service and repair operations.

Driving productivity, efficiency, quality and safety outcomes.

Managing warranty claims, recalls and manufacturer relationships.





Leading customer support and resolving escalated customer issues.

Overseeing refurbishment of ex rental vehicles prior to sale.

Supporting vehicle preparation and delivery activities.

Managing parts procurement, inventory and warehousing.

Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Identifying opportunities to improve processes and performance.

Leading, coaching and developing a high performing team.

A valid open manual driver's licence is required.
