PRDnationwide in St George area is looking for a motivated and personable Real Estate Sales Assistant to join our professional team and establish themselves within the real estate industry!

In this role you will be supporting a top performing Sales Director on Monday-Saturday, with Wednesday or Thursday off.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, property values and local market conditions

Prospecting, door knocking and cold calling to generate new leads





Assisting with marketing campaigns

Coordinating quotes, photoshoots, floorplans and marketing material as required

Preparing homes for open for inspections

Assisting with final inspections, buyer’s appointment and conducting buyer call backs

Liaise with solicitors regarding deposits, exchanges and settlements

The ideal candidate:

More than Two years experience in a Sales Associate, Sales Administration role, or Property Management is ideal

Current valid drivers license and own car for ease of transport

Current Agents Representative Certificate

Honest, reliable, ethical, disciplined and organised approach to work

Excellent personal presentation

A high standard of verbal and written communication skills
