We are seeking a reliable, hardworking and motivated Production Operator to join our team at our Wilsonton retread tyre manufacturing facility. It's ideal for someone who is physically fit, reliable, safety-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role involving the production of high-quality retread truck tyres.
Duties include:
- Operating machinery and factory equipment
- Quality control and product inspections
- General factory duties
- Loading and unloading materials
- Maintaining a clean and safe work workplace
What We're Looking For
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
- Previous factory or manufacturing experience beneficial but not required
