About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technician - Reconditioning to join a high-performing service team within a state-of-the-art, newly refurbished workshop.

Based in Rydalmere, this role will see you working within the Used Car Department, responsible for vehicle servicing, reconditioning, and diagnostics across a range of high-quality automotive brands. This position suits a technician who takes pride in fault-finding, quality workmanship, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and reconditioning tasks





- Perform fault-finding and problem-solving activities

- Ensure all work is completed to industry and manufacturer standards

- Maintain accurate service and repair records

- Work collaboratively within the workshop team

- Contribute to a safe, efficient, and customer-focused service environment

About You

- Certificate III qualified Automotive Technician/Mechanic (minimum requirement)

- Valid NSW driver's licence

- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Punctual, reliable, and highly motivated with a strong work ethic

- Customer-focused mindset with attention to quality and detail

- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
