About the Role

This is a combined Reception and Dental Assistant position where you’ll support both the front desk and clinical care. You’ll help patients feel comfortable, assist with treatments, and keep our practice running smoothly.

Hours: Monday and Tuesday (8:30 am – 5:30 pm)

What You’ll Do

- Welcome patients and make their journey enjoyable
- Assist the orthodontist during treatments




- Prepare instruments and maintain sterilisation standards
- Record treatment notes and support with admin
- Educate and motivate patients about their care
- Help keep the clinic clean, organised, and well stocked
- Be part of a team where everyone contributes

What We’re Looking For

- Great communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of talking to people
- Reliability and robust attention to detail
- Adaptability, including being comfortable with computers and learning new systems
- A caring, patient-focused approach
- A positive attitude (and to show you’ve read this properly, answer this riddle in your cover letter: What needs to be broken before you can use it?)

No Dental Experience? No Problem

If you’ve worked in customer service, admin, retail, hospitality, or any role where you had to be reliable, organised, and good with people, you could be a great fit. We’ll provide training and support to help you succeed.
