The Opportunity

We’re on the hunt for an experienced AV Installation Technician who’s ready to hit the ground running. This Sydney-based role will have you working across metro NSW, and occasionally in regional NSW, Victoria, SE Queensland, and the ACT.

As part of a small, skilled, and passionate team, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless AV experiences that truly make an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Installing and deploying AV systems across a variety of environments
- Rack building, commissioning, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning systems
- Servicing and maintaining AV infrastructure for a diverse client base





What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years’ experience in corporate AV installations
- Confident working with Crestron, Logitech, Polycom, Q-Sys, YeaLink, LED Walls, etc.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
- A can-do attitude, reliability, and pride in your work
- NSW Driver’s License, White Card, WWC
- Cabling License with endorsements—or willingness to obtain
