Northern NSW Local Health District's Tweed Valley Hospital is seeking a Physiotherapist Level 3 with specialist skills in geriatric evaluation and management (GEM) to join our senior physiotherapy team and lead the GEM unit development. The role focuses on clinical excellence, service improvement and qualified mentorship.

You will supervise, mentor and upskill rotational physiotherapy staff, drive patient-centred care and contribute to ongoing professional development across the department.
