Contract

Sigma Management provides end-to-end client-side project management services across planning, delivery and completion. We support public and private sector clients, including education-sector clients, to deliver complex infrastructure and building projects with a focus on practical solutions, stakeholder engagement and long-term project value.

This role would suit someone who is confident acting as the primary client-facing lead, taking ownership of project delivery, and helping develop long-term client relationships. The immediate focus is the delivery of existing education and institutional projects, with a broader opportunity to help shape and grow this business line over time.

The role will involve:

- Acting as the main client point of contact
- Leading project delivery from planning through construction and completion
- Managing consultants, contractors, risks, reporting and stakeholder expectations




- Supporting business development, client relationships and future opportunities
- Helping strengthen Sigma's education-sector delivery platform

Experience sought:

- Senior PM / Project Director experience in client-side project management
- Solid delivery, communication and stakeholder management capability
- Experience in education, schools, government or institutional projects is highly desirable
- Ability to work autonomously and represent the business professionally
- Commercial mindset and interest in helping grow a business line

This is initially contemplated as a contract / consulting engagement, with flexibility around structure for the right person.

For the right long-term fit, there may be a pathway toward a leadership or partnership role within the business.
