Aerofix is seeking a confident and driven individual to join our team in a newly created Logistics Support role. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in supporting our aviation operations across procurement, freight coordination, and administration.

About the Role

As our Logistics Officer, your responsibilities will include:

- Sourcing and procuring aircraft parts and supplies
- Coordinating domestic and international freight
- Performing aircraft data entry and maintaining technical records
- Assisting with personnel movements and staff records
- Providing general administrative support across the business

Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to the successful candidate.

What You’ll Need

- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence with technology and digital systems
- Current driver’s licence

Desirable

- Previous experience in a rapid-paced administration or logistics role including the use of Aerotrack
