Anchor Support Services Australia is a growing local provider delivering high-quality Aged Care and NDIS support services across the Grafton
- Port Macquarie region.
We are looking for a compassionate, reliable and experienced Support Worker to join our team. This is a casual position offering approximately 3 days per week, with opportunity to transition into a full-time role as our client base continues to grow.
About the Role
You will provide person-centred support to older Australians and people living with disabilities, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Duties may include:
- Personal Care
- Domestic Assistance and household tasks
- Community Access and Social Support
- Transport to appointments and shopping
- Meal Preparation
- Medication assistance (where qualified)
- Accurate progress notes and documentation
Essential Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current
First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Australian Driver License
- Reliable, insured vehicle
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
