Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide direct rehab care to patients in a post-acute setting. Treat patients upon physician referral and participate in an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited physical therapy program, current licensure, CPR certification, and about 1 year of post-acute experience. Proficiency in Word/Excel is expected and commitment to qualified standards.
