We are seeking an energetic person to support the General Insurance Broking team by managing the Claims experience for our clients

This position will suit a self-motivated individual willing to contribute to our team culture. Previous experience in claims processing in the General InsuranceBroking space is required. Having a Tier 2 or Tier 1 accreditation in General Insurance Broking would be well regarded.

Key Activities of the Role

- Claims Management across Domestic and Commercial Lines
- Client contact and follow up
- Systems management and reporting
- Renewal Support as required

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

- Experience in Claims in General Insurance Broking
- Solid Customer Service Skills and a confident telephone manner
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Good Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Initiative – to proactively work as part of the team
