Job Description

In this role, you’ll be a key member of our Bendigo branch and responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to customers in the electrical industry.

About the Role

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with major accounts and key customers in the electrical sector
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within your assigned account portfolio
- Provide expert product knowledge and technical support to customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and deliver customized quotes and proposals tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Support branch operations and contribute to achieving team sales targets and objectives
- Build and nurture local relationships that strengthen our market presence and reputation
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities

Qualifications





- Strong customer service focus and positive communication skills
- Basic numeracy and attention to detail
- Team player with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach
- Previous retail, trade counter or customer‑facing experience is a plus
