For over 45 years, we have supplied high-quality plants to trade customers across the commercial and residential landscape sectors, including local councils.

We are currently seeking multiple full-time Horticulturalists to join our team at our Mangrove Mountain nursery.

The Opportunity

This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work in a agile outdoor environment, contributing to the production and maintenance of high-quality plant stock while developing your horticultural expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Planting, watering, and general plant care
- Picking, handling, and relocating nursery stock
- Pruning, weeding,



and maintaining plant health
- Supporting day-to-day nursery operations
- Adhering to workplace health and safety (WHS) practices

About You

- Experience in horticulture or nursery operations (preferred)
- Certificate III in Horticulture (preferred)
- Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Sound understanding of horticultural principles
- Ability to work outdoors in a physical environment
- Capability to lift, push, and pull up to 20kg (essential)
- Current driver’s licence (essential)
