Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to build strong, long-term relationships
- Communicate and visit existing clients to promote retention, growth and additional services
- Maintain accurate customer information and activity within the CRM system
- Provide general administrative support to the sales, finance and operations team
- Work with clients in a skilled manner with a focus on building strong relationships

- Strong communication skills and a focus on customer outcomes
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working to KPIs
- Practical problem-solving skills with commercial awareness
- Demonstrated experience with CRM software
