We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our Stapylton Cans Plant. This is a full-time permanent role on a rotating shift roster.
- Role based in Yatala (Queensland - Gold Coast)
- Pay rate: $54.50 per hour + 15% shift loading
- 12-hour shifts, Day: 6am to 6pm and Night: 6pm to 6am.
- Roster:
- Week 1 - 4 x Night on
- Week 2 - 3 x Day on, one day off, 3 x Night on
- Week 3 - 4 x Day on (from Thursday)
- Week 4 - Off
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on production machinery.
- PLC troubleshooting on automated machinery.
- Operating a production line to ensure minimal downtime.
- Set up and fine tuning of machines for optimal productivity.
- Work with high-speed manufacturing equipment, understanding production demands.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing.
