Duncan Hill Property is a boutique agency built on trust, local knowledge and genuine community connection across the Southern Highlands and South Coast. We're in it for the people and their stories - our history is here, and so is our future.
We're looking for an experienced Lead Agent to take ownership of our Mittagong and surrounds zone - representing homes brimming with character, and the exclusive off-market opportunities our clients trust us with.
The Role
- Own and grow the Mittagong/surrounds farm zone as its dedicated Lead Agent
- Manage your listing pipeline end-to-end, appraisal through to settlement
- Represent the Duncan Hill Property brand with the professionalism and community-minded care our clients expect
- Work alongside our wider team - sales, property management, and support - sharing systems and standards, not running a separate book
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with vendors and buyers across your patch
What You'll Need
- Current NSW real estate licence (Class 1, or Class 2 working under supervision) - valid and unrestricted
- A demonstrated track record
- Genuine local market knowledge and an existing network in Mittagong and the surrounding Southern Highlands
- A collaborative mindset - we share leads, data and standards across the team
- Strong negotiation skills and a natural warmth with clients
What's on Offer
- Competitive retainer plus commission structure (negotiable depending on experience)
- An established zone with the strong reputation of a well-known local brand behind you
- A supportive, high-performing team setting - open leadership, shared wins
- Genuine long-term career opportunity as our agency continues to grow across the Southern Highlands and the South Coast
If you love it here, imagine building your career here.
Applications treated in strict confidence.
