We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part time or full time basis.

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team at Macquarie Park, on a part-time or full-time basis.
This is an ideal role for a current university student that has a passion for Marketing and is ideally studying Marketing or a related course, or a recent Marketing or Communications graduate looking for their first marketing role.
The Role
The role will primarily support the Marketing Communications Executive in a range of tasks. The daily tasks will vary day to day.
Tasks include (but not limited to):
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Implementation, maintenance and support of promotions
- Provide support with imagery and assets as required by both internal and external parties.
- Assist with mail outs as required, for the Marketing dept (eg. to sales reps or for consumer promotional activity)
- Assist with online assets (reviewing web copy and imagery)
- Support to the Marketing team with social media & EDMs
- Occasionally assist the graphics team should the need arise.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing events.
About You?
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High attention to detail, organised and able to work to deadlines
- Sound practical knowledge and application of Microsoft Word, Excel& Powerpoint
- Ability to create and schedule posts using Meta apps and Tiktok
- Experience with Canva or other graphic packages highly regarded
- A fast learner always willing to build current skills
- Willing to assist with basic administrative tasks
- Able to work 3-4 days per week.
