As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for an exceptional Executive Director Growth to join our Executive Team and help shape the future of our organisation.

About the role

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Director Growth is responsible for leading Greening Australia's growth strategy and building the partnerships, markets and revenue opportunities that will enable us to deliver even greater impact.

Leading a talented multidisciplinary team, you will oversee:

- Corporate Partnerships
- Philanthropy
- Government and Strategic Opportunities
- Commercial Development
- Marketing and Communications
- Revenue Operations and Administration

Working closely with our Carbon, Restoration, Seed, Science and enabling teams, you will connect market opportunities with organisational capability, ensuring new partnerships translate into meaningful environmental outcomes.

This is a highly visible executive leadership role where you will influence organisational strategy while remaining connected to delivery. You will remove barriers, unlock opportunities,



develop people and help position Greening Australia as the partner of choice for organisations seeking high impact nature based solutions.

This is more than a growth role. It is an opportunity to influence how Australia restores landscapes, responds to climate change and builds stronger partnerships for nature.

What you'll be doing

- Lead Greening Australia's growth strategy, market positioning and future pipeline.
- Build strategic partnerships across corporate, government, philanthropy and environmental markets.
- Grow and diversify revenue streams that support long term organisational sustainability.
- Identify emerging markets and new opportunities that align with Greening Australia's strategy.
- Lead, develop and inspire a high performing multidisciplinary team.
- Strengthen our marketing, communications, CRM and revenue operations capability.
- Work collaboratively across Carbon, Restoration, Seed and Science to ensure opportunities are strategically aligned and successfully delivered.
- Represent Greening Australia with senior stakeholders, partners, government and industry.
- Contribute as a key member of the Executive Team, helping shape the future direction of the organisation.

About you

You are a strategic and commercially minded executive who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and bringing people together around a shared purpose.

You have a proven track record of leading growth,



developing partnerships and delivering sustainable commercial outcomes. You are equally comfortable setting strategy, influencing senior stakeholders and rolling up your sleeves to support your team in delivering results.

You may come from environmental markets, sustainability, consulting, infrastructure, philanthropy, government, commercial partnerships or another purpose driven sector.

You will bring:

- Significant executive or senior leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success growing markets, partnerships or revenue.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through growth and change.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, negotiation and influencing skills.
- The ability to balance long term strategy with practical delivery.
- A collaborative leadership style and commitment to developing people.
- Passion for delivering meaningful environmental and community outcomes.
