MyState Bank is seeking an organised Learning & Development coordinator for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Bundaberg or Hobart. You will support onboarding, compliance, and organisation-wide learning initiatives while gaining hands-on experience across the full learning lifecycle.
You'll help with scheduling, bookings, LMS maintenance and delivery of both virtual and in-person training. A detail-focused, people-oriented approach will enable success in this role.
