We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our team in Banyo. If you've managed warehouse operations, inventory and freight — ideally within tools, hardware, safety products or industrial supply — we'd love to hear from you.

C&L; Tool Centre is an Australian-owned tool supplier based in Brisbane. For over 50 years, we've supplied quality tools, welding equipment, safety products, repairs and expert service. About the Role

We see our warehouse as a customer fulfilment centre, not just a storage and dispatch point. Your job is to run it that way — leading a safe, efficient team while making sure every order reflects the level of service our trade and retail customers expect.

This role suits a flexible, hands-on leader who's genuinely service-oriented, and who understands that how the warehouse performs is how the customer experiences the business.

- Leading and managing warehouse staff to achieve productivity and service expectations.
- Overseeing goods inwards, goods outwards, stock movements and inventory control
- Coordinating the receiving, storage and distribution of goods.
- Managing freight and daily delivery runs to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to warehouse processes and service levels.
- Ensuring the warehouse, equipment and systems are maintained effectively.
- Maintaining compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
- Providing training, support and development opportunities for the warehouse team.
- Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to coordinate customer orders.
- Building a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability and continuousimprovement.

About You

- Previous experience leading or managing a warehouse operation, ideally supporting retail or trade customers.




- A clear understanding of how warehouse performance shapes the customer experience, and a flexible, service-oriented approach to managing shifting priorities.
- Robust knowledge of goods inwards, goods outwards, inventory control and stock management.
- Experience coordinating freight and delivery operations.
- A proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and improving warehouse performance.
- Strong communication and people leadership skills, with the ability to coach, support and develop a team.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
