About the role
One Agency Caddens - St Marys is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team in Penrith NSW. This is a full time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional property management services to our residential portfolio. As Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining tenant relationships, and ensuring properties are managed to the highest standards. This role is integral to our success in the residential leasing and property management sector, directly contributing to client satisfaction and business growth.

Key responsibilities:

- Managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties, including tenant liaison, lease administration and property inspections
- Handling rent collection, arrears management and pursuing debt recovery where necessary
- Conducting routine property inspections and coordinating maintenance and repair works
- Processing tenant applications, conducting reference checks and preparing lease documentation
- Responding to tenant enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Liaising with landlords to provide regular updates on property performance and rental income
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, including tenancy laws and safety regulations
- Marketing vacant properties and coordinating viewings to minimise vacancy periods
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property records and documentation
- Managing budgets and coordinating contractors for maintenance and repairs

What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience working as a Property Manager in residential property management(For the right applicant, an assistant property management role with no experience is also on offer)




- Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and property management compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Proficiency in property management software, such as Property Tree, Inspection Manager & REI forms and Microsoft Office applications
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach to resolving issues
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
- Physical capability to conduct regular property inspections and viewings
- Current driving licence and reliable vehicle
- Certificate of registration or Licence in real estate
