Australian Caravan Centre are currently recruiting, and an exciting full‑time opportunity exists for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at our dealership located in Chinderah.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect caravan to suit their lifestyle and travel needs. You will play a key role in showcasing our range of caravans, providing expert advice, and guiding customers through the purchasing process.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Engaging with customers in‑person, over the phone, and via email to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Presenting and demonstrating caravan features, perks, and options to prospective buyers.
- Providing accurate product information, pricing details, and financing options to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Negotiating sales contracts and finalising transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

About you:

- Proven experience in sales,



preferably in the automotive or recreational vehicle industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a genuine passion for helping people.
- Knowledge of caravans, RVs, or similar recreational vehicles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to read people, listen, understand, and work through a sale.
- Results‑driven attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Excellent salary with market leading commission‑based incentives with potential earnings of up to 120K plus for stand out sales consultants.
