THE ROLE

Reporting to the Payroll Manager you will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely payroll services across a national workforce. You will assist with end-to-end monthly payroll processing for around 500 employees, ensuring data accuracy within the HRIS, managing the payroll inbox, preparing reports, resolving variances and supporting pay finalisation, wage transmissions and monthly payroll tax lodgements. You’ll maintain payroll documentation, process superannuation, manage payroll tax returns and workers compensation requirements, administer salary packaging and oversee ESS activities. You’ll also support annual processes including STP income statements, payroll tax reconciliations, workers compensation estimates,



remuneration review adjustments and STI/LTI incentive payments.

Please note this is a 3-month contract role.

THE CRITERIA

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced payroll professional with a strong background in managing end-to-end payroll within large or complex organisations. You will have proven experience managing payroll in a large, complex organisation coupled with strong technical knowledge across end-to-end payroll. You will have experience working with a variety of payroll systems. You must be available at short notice to be considered for this role.
