About the Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an significant role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. You'll be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day running of our reception is efficient while supporting our clinical team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients with a warm and professional manner.
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries.
- Scheduling and managing appointments.
- Coordinating referrals and patient records.
- Processing payments and handling accounts.
- Liaising with dentists, specialists, and referring practices.
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
- Supporting the team with general administrative duties.
- Helping keep our busy practice running smoothly each day.
