Job Description

Role: Plant Operator (ANZSIC CODE -721311) Classification: Manufacturing Award [MA000010] C11 Rate: 55,000 - 65,000 AUD/Year

Location: Mittagong NSW 2575 Work Schedule: Minimum 38hrs/week Monday- Saturday but hours may change for any shift work or weekends Full time ongoing position (6 months or more)

Approximate start date - August 2026 Open Vacancy: 4 Job Description:

- Operate plant and equipment in line with supervisor instructions Assist with general manufacturing production tasks Perform basic manual handling and labouring duties
- Assist with handling materials and finished products Monitor operations and report issues to supervisors Carry out basic quality checks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow work instructions and safety procedures Work across different tasks as required
