Community Registered Nurse (RN) – Casual

At Rose Life Care, our nursing team continues to grow, and we're looking for passionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join us across Hervey Bay and the wider Wide Bay region on a casual basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for nurses seeking flexibility, with the potential for casual positions to grow into permanent part-time or full time roles as our services continue to expand.

About the Role

As a Community Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care to clients in their own homes, working closely with clients, families, GPs and other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible health outcomes.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Comprehensive nursing assessments
- Chronic disease management
- Wound assessment and management
- Medication administration and management
- Catheter care




- Health and wellbeing checks
- Clinical documentation
- Client advocacy and care coordination
- Liaising with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum 12 months' post-registration nursing experience
- Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Current Australian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)

Previous community nursing, aged care or primary health care experience is highly regarded but not essential.
