The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Program Delivery to join its executive leadership team. This key role is pivotal in the strategic leadership, oversight, and performance of all program delivery functions, with a strong focus on achieving justice and equity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of organization-wide program delivery strategy, mentoring a high-performing team, and ensuring the effective and culturally appropriate delivery of programs.

The role also involves providing strategic advice to the CEO and Board, identifying opportunities for innovation and service integration, and representing the organization at senior forums and sector engagements.



Applicants for this role must identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person and have significant lived experience within Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. The ideal candidate will be a culturally grounded executive leader with a deep commitment to culturally secure, community-led service delivery.

Essential skills include significant executive or senior leadership experience in program/service delivery, the ability to lead large, multi-site teams, and a proven track record in driving change, performance, and continuous improvement. The role requires a leader with highly developed stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to manage budgets, funding agreements, and performance frameworks.
