We're looking for a UX/UI Designer to own end-to-end experiences across our digital products. You'll design the front-end experiences for our website that our personalisation and Data 360 capability brings to life, turning unified customer data into relevant, well-crafted moments across the journey.

Sitting within the Customer & Campaigns team, your design remit is horizontal - your work serves promotional campaigns, online trading, and the wider customer experience, not just CRO. This is a hands-on role with real ownership: you'll design, test, iterate, and contribute to the systems that let us scale design well.

The role

This is a dynamic, results-focused role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and knows how to think bigger picture.

Your key responsibilities:

- Design end-to-end experiences: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
- Translate business goals and customer needs into clear, usable design solutions
- Contribute to and help maintain our design system to drive consistency and scale
- Plan, run, and synthesise user research, usability testing, and feedback to inform design decisions
- Partner closely with developers and the wider team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and at quality
- Use data and analytics to validate decisions and iterate after launch
- Present and rationalise your design work to stakeholders, bringing them along on the “why”
- Design personalised and dynamic experiences: how content, recommendations, and journeys adapt to different customer segments
- Translate customer segments and data-driven triggers into clear, intentional UI and interaction patterns
- Build personalisation-ready components into the design system so experiences scale consistently

What you bring to the table:

- 2–3 years' experience in a similar product, UX/UI, or digital design role
- Experience across Salesforce; in particular Salesforce Core, Personalisation, Constructor, Optimizely.
- Strong craft across interaction and visual design, with fluency in tools like Figma
- A solid grasp of user research and usability testing methods, and the ability to turn findings into action
- Comfort using qualitative and quantitative data to inform and defend design decisions
- Strong collaboration skills, and the ability to communicate design rationale clearly to non-designers
