Link-Force Au is seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters to join our team on a casual basis. This is an exciting prospect to work on a project in Marsden Park, Sydney, NSW 2765. As a Formwork Carpenter, you will play a critical role in constructing and installing temporary structures that support concrete work during construction phases. Your expertise will directly contribute to the safety, quality and efficiency of major building projects throughout the region. This is a casual position and the opportunity to work across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

- Construct, assemble and install formwork systems according to engineering specifications and project requirements
- Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to ensure accurate formwork placement and alignment
- Measure, cut and shape timber and other formwork materials with precision
- Inspect formwork installations to verify structural integrity and compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers and other trades to ensure seamless project coordination
- Maintain and repair formwork equipment and materials on site
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety protocols and site-specific safety requirements
- Contribute to a safe and productive work environment by identifying and reporting hazards

Full-time hours with ongoing consistent work

Start Date 4th of August

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a Formwork Carpenter in the construction industry, preferably on commercial and residential projects
- Strong knowledge of formwork systems, materials and installation techniques
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings
- Competence in using hand tools,



power tools and measuring equipment
- Current White Card (Construction Induction Card) or willingness to obtain one
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to site locations
- Excellent physical fitness and ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to workplace health and safety practices
- Experience with concrete formwork, metal formwork systems or specialised formwork techniques is advantageous
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and Australian Standards is desirable
