The opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Support Coordinator to join our team in a dynamic, this role is adaptable and could suit a someone looking for school hours, or looking to work 4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Coordination managing participant caseloads, providing high-quality support, and coordinating services.
- Support participants in navigating their NDIS plans, accessing services, and working toward their individual goals.
- Build strong relationships with participants, families, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation of participant progress and support plans.
- Collaborate with the team to provide a smooth handover of support coordination responsibilities as you develop your skill set.

About you





We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about making a positive impact. The ideal candidate will be someone who is eager to grow in our organisation.

Key qualities we are looking for

- Currently studying or recently completed studies in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Community Services or Disability Support).
- Experience within the disability or community services sector.
- A keen interest in learning intake processes and building skills in participant engagement.
- A positive, compassionate, and adaptable approach to supporting participants.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card, Police Check and a valid driver's licence.
