Nepean Motor Group have positions available for those with high energy that have empathy and passion for our customers and motor vehicles.

Some of the functions of a Service Advisor include:

- Booking clients in for service or repairs
- Interfacing with the technicians to establish the extent of work required and our parts team
- Prepare pricing estimates of service repair orders
- Communicating with customers to explain the work involved, gain their approval to proceed and provide regular updates on the progress of their vehicles
- Dealing with Service Warranty Claims
- Working through paperwork to ensure we are complying with Manufacturer Procedures
- Working closely with the Service Manager and the Workshop Foreman to ensure all jobs are completed in a timely manner
- Working through customer concerns
- Banking and some basic administration duties





To be considered for this role, the following skills and attributes are required:

- Previous experience in a similar role within an automotive dealership
- Sound English communication skills - written and verbal
- Initiative and a hard working attitude
- The ability to work unsupervised
- Professionalism and high standards of personal presentation
- A friendly and approachable personality
- Ability to be part of a team!
