Knowhere Bar & Kitchen is looking for an experienced, passionate Bar Manager to lead our beverage program and front-of-house bar team.

Located in the heart of Spring Hill, Knowhere is an independent restaurant and bar built around exceptional Australian produce, in-house dry-aged meats, handcrafted cocktails, premium wines, and genuine hospitality. We're looking for someone who shares our passion for quality, creativity, and creating memorable guest experiences.

About the Role:

As Bar Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the bar, leading by example during service while driving beverage quality, team performance, and profitability. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to our cocktail program, work alongside our kitchen and management teams, and help shape the guest experience that Knowhere is known for.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Leading, mentoring and developing our bar team.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Managing daily bar operations and service standards.
- Creating and maintaining seasonal cocktail menus.
- Ordering, stock control, inventory management and supplier relationships.
- Training staff on cocktails, wine,



spirits and service standards.
- Ensuring RSA compliance and maintaining a safe, professional workplace.
- Working closely with venue management to achieve financial and operational goals.

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in a premium bar or restaurant.
- Strong cocktail, wine and spirits knowledge.
- A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and motivating a team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with stock control, ordering and rostering.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service workplace.
- Current Queensland RSA.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating outstanding guest experiences.
