We are a fast-paced and growing gas company based in Lytton seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team. This is a full-time, office-based role ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for a wide range of customers.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries, providing professional and efficient support to both commercial and domestic customers. You will handle a high volume of phone calls, assist with service enquiries, and ensure all customer interactions are managed with care and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer and manage incoming phone enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Act as the first point of contact for all customer interactions
- Assist both commercial and residential customers with enquiries and service requests
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services,



and processes
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times

About You:

- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Qualified phone manner and a customer-first attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Must have full Australian working rights
