NWTL Group is seeking an experienced Group Warehousing Manager to lead our Supply Chain teams across the country. This role is based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea on a fulltime Expat basis.

As the Group Warehousing Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the Group's warehouse operations, ensuring products move efficiently from receiving through storage, inventory management, shipping and distribution. You will lead a high-performing warehouse team, improve operational performance, strengthen inventory controls, drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure safe, efficient and cost-effective warehouse operations across the Group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead warehousing operations across all NWTL Group warehouse facilities.
- Drive warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy and stock integrity.
- Oversee receiving, storage, stock rotation, picking, packing, shipping and dispatch operations.
- Manage inventory control, cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory reconciliations.
- Coordinate distribution and logistics activities to ensure timely delivery across the Group.
- Monitor warehouse performance through KPIs, reporting and operational analytics.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards, company policies and operational procedures.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase warehouse productivity and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor and develop warehouse supervisors, inventory controllers,



dispatch coordinators and warehouse personnel to build a high-performing team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management or a related discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 10 years' experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory management or distribution operations.
- At least 5 years' experience leading warehouse or logistics teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-site warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems (Pronto) and inventory management principles.
- Proven leadership, people management and coaching capability.
- Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Sound understanding of PNG transport, logistics and workplace safety requirements.
