A permanent full-time position is available for a Machinery Operator to join the team at our young stock raising facility at Ladysmith Farms, NSW. The role involves operating modern and well-maintained small and large tractors, feed mixer wagons, front end loaders and skid steers. This opportunity is for a highly motivated, reliable person, who has an eye for detail and is committed to work health and safety.
This opportunity provides secure, long-term employment in a safety-driven environment. You will be encouraged and supported to complete National Competency Accreditation in tractor, loader and skid steer and other training including forklift as required.

Key accountabilities include:
Operating large Deutz and Fendt tractors with feed mixer wagons, small John Deere tractors, Hyundai and Volvo front end loaders in a safe, responsible manner
Working to scheduling guidelines
Operating machinery safely
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
The successful applicant will possess:
Machinery and loader experience
A willingness to be part of a safety culture that follows WHS policies and procedures
A positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to work well as a team and independently
Proven track record of punctuality and reliability
Qfever immunity, or must be willing to gain the Qfever vaccination
Full Australian work rights or residing in Australia ONLY
Driver’s Licence and own transport
