Reporting into the CFO, your duties will include but may not be limited to

The Role

Manage end-to-end budgeting and forecasting, including the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and month-end cycles.

Analyse budget variances to support timely performance decisions.

Prepare management and operational reports with insightful commentary.

Develop financial models for benchmarking and analysis.

Maintain and analyse the KPI dashboard to track company performance.

Conduct financial analysis including gross margins, break-even, and ratio assessments.





Review cost structures and drivers to identify efficiency improvements.

Partner with operations to maintain accurate financial and inventory records.

About You

CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent) with robust technical accounting foundation

Proven experience building and managing budgets and forecasts

Prior experience building or developing financial models for operational analysis

Ability to produce robust management reporting and commentary to influence key decisions

Advanced excel

Agri experience is highly regarded but not essential
