About the Role

Due to business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a new Demand & Supply Planning role looking after our New Zealand business. You will play a critical part in ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time. You will drive data-led decisions that optimise availability, minimise stock risk, and support strong commercial outcomes across the business.

We are looking for a proactive and analytical planner who takes ownership, challenges the status quo, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a strong opportunity for someone with relevant experience who can hit the ground running, while continuing to develop their career in Planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across categories
- Determine purchase requirements and manage order submissions in line with production timelines
- Maintain production and supply plans within internal systems
- Make data-driven recommendations on forecasting, purchasing,



and allocation decisions and communicate these effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Continuously improve forecast accuracy and reduce out-of-stock risk across key segments
- Partner with Buying, Merchandising, and Operations teams to influence commercial outcomes
- Manage inventory to balance availability, efficiency, and quality outcomes
- Support weekly and monthly planning cycles, including forecast reviews and performance analysis
- Identify and drive improvements across systems, processes, and data utilisation
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting and insights to the Planning team

Skills and Experience

- ADAPTABILITY - Thrives in changing environments, quickly adjusting to new priorities, challenges, and business need
- RESILIENCE - Maintains focus and momentum under pressure, overcoming setbacks and navigating ambiguity with a solutions mindse
- RELEVANT EXPERIENCE - Brings prior experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, or a related analytical role, with the ability to quickly contribute and add value
- Strong analytical capability with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with NetSuite ERP (or similar systems) preferred but not essential
