About the role

We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join DigiCo team in Sydney on a full-time basis. This is a strategic position that bridges the gap between technical capabilities and client requirements, playing a vital role in translating business needs into comprehensive, scalable solutions. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing solutions that address our clients’ most pressing challenges, whilst working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

- Analyse client requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications and design solutions
- Develop and present solution proposals to clients, articulating technical concepts in a transparent and compelling manner




- Design architectural frameworks that align with client objectives, industry best practices and organisational standards
- Collaborate with project managers, developers and other engineering professionals to ensure seamless solution implementation
- Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies for proposed solutions
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, from conception through to deployment
- Document solution designs, technical specifications and implementation strategies
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges that arise during implementation phases
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies and competitive solutions
- Support post-implementation reviews and optimisation efforts to maximise solution value

What we are looking for

- Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar role within the design and architecture discipline
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand complex systems and translate them into actionable solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about business challenges
- Exceptional communication abilities,



capable of explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with solution design methodologies and architectural frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships simultaneously
- Strong project management capabilities with a track record of delivering solutions on time and within scope
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, compliance requirements and best practices
- Proficiency with design and documentation tools
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Professional certifications in solution architecture or related fields are highly desirable
