Working from a stunning contemporary office with ample free parking nearby, you'll join a collaborative, technology-focused team that genuinely invests in its people through ongoing training, mentoring and professional development.

The Role

Supporting two experienced Property Managers, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end leasing process while delivering an exceptional experience for both landlords and tenants.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting open homes and private inspections
- Coordinating property marketing and online listings
- Processing tenancy applications
- Preparing lease documentation and lease commencement administration
- Conducting ingoing and routine inspections
- Responding to tenant and applicant enquiries
- Managing emails and general leasing administration
- Providing day-to-day support to two Property Managers

The business uses PropertyTree and embraces technology to streamline processes and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm, with a rotating Saturday shift (9:00am-2:00pm) and the following Friday off.





A package of up to $80,000 (including superannuation and car allowance) is available depending on experience.

About You

You'll be well presented, organised and confident dealing with a wide range of people. Most importantly, you'll have a proactive attitude and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in real estate.

You will need:

- A current NSW Certificate of Registration, including all required up-to-date modules
- A current driver's licence and reliable motor vehicle
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A willingness to learn, take ownership and become part of the team

Previous leasing experience is not essential.

This role could suit someone currently working in real estate reception, administration or property support who is ready to move into leasing, or someone with strong customer service experience looking to transition into the property industry.
