SchoolHouse is an Australian recruitment company working in partnership with a growing number of schools across the country. We specialise in supporting schools to find great staff for leadership, teaching and non-teaching roles. We have office locations based in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney CBDs.
Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a driven, collaborative and adaptable person, motivated by a career in education recruitment, to join the company. This is a full time and permanent opportunity commencing in August 2026, or as negotiated.

Position focus and responsibilities
- Build connections with existing and new client schools through Principals, Deputy Principals and HR teams
- Recruit leadership, teaching and support staff for the Catholic, Independent and Government school sectors
- Support candidates throughout their career journey
- Positively contribute to the company's business goals and culture, working to meet both individual and team objectives
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following
- Hold a Bachelor/Post-graduate degree in teaching OR equivalent qualifications in Human Resources
- Experience working in the education sector and / or a recruitment setting will be highly regarded
- Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment

- Competitive base salary of $80,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with skills and experience) plus commission and incentives
