PRD Real Estate Dapto is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant / Sales Associate to work directly alongside Cliff McGrath, Dapto’s leading agent. This role offers the chance to gain hands‑on experience across all aspects of residential sales while learning from a proven, high‑performing agent.

This position will suit either an experienced real estate sales assistant looking to join a top‑performing team, or a driven individual ready to begin a long‑term career in real estate sales with strong mentorship and training.

The Role

This is a sales‑focused position where your primary responsibility will be assisting with prospecting, buyer management, and supporting the listing and sales process.

Key responsibilities include:

- Prospecting for new business including calls, door knocking and database engagement
- Assisting with listing presentations and preparing properties for market
- Hosting and assisting with open homes and private inspections
- Managing buyer enquiries and maintaining strong buyer relationships




- Supporting negotiations and the sales process through to settlement
- Assisting with marketing preparation and campaign support

This role offers significant exposure to the full sales cycle, providing valuable experience for those looking to build a long‑term career in real estate.

What We’re Looking For

- Assistant Agent Certificate (essential)
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- High level of motivation and drive to succeedProfessional presentation and positive attitude
- Ability to work Saturdays (essential in real estate sales)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Real estate experience preferred but not essential
