RDO Group (QVC Group) is currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Fitter to join their team in Rockhampton QLD. The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and blueprints to determine suitable equipment and actions required.
- Fitting, assembling, and examining metal parts and subassemblies to produce machines and equipment accurately, also diagnosing and repairing faults.
- Placing controls on machining tools and textile machines.
- Forming metal stock and castings to fine tolerances using machining tools and installing hydraulic and pneumatic pipes and lines.
Skills and Abilities:
- Certificate III in Engineering Mechanical Trade or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in this role or similar
- Ability to work in a team setting
Salary range is $70,000-$85,000pa commensurate with experience Fulltime Position available Application opens on 30th of July 2026 and closes on 30th of August 2026.
